Your Partners in Good Government
About Us
For over 30 years, we have been helping Missouri Government work for Missourians. Through our partnerships with cities and counties across the state, we have seen firsthand how limited resources can result in ineffective use of employee time and taxpayer dollars. That’s where we come in. We take a big picture approach to how your office works, and offer strategic, cost-saving solutions that improve accuracy and make the work easier and more efficient for your staff to manage. Our goal is to help you work smarter, not harder, and to improve service to your constituents. We work closely with you, getting your suggestions at each phase of a project to ensure that the solution fits your unique requirements. We’re there when you need us later – providing ongoing support and suggestions for continuously improving your systems.

“Since 1999, we have been using Rice for the printing and mailing of our tax statements. Rice is great to work with and they genuinely care. They are very thorough in checking our records and ensuring that our statements are mailed out in a timely manner.”
“We’ve relied on the Rice company for a few NVRA canvasses now. They’re very professional and pay attention to detail. A few of the Rice employees even worked as election judges last year in Greene County to get firsthand knowledge of the elections process AFTER voter ID cards are delivered.”
“We have done business with Rice for 14 years. The quality of their work has been excellent. Their suggestions and modifications have improved efficiency and resulted in significant cost savings.”
